Project 2

Week 3(01/05/2020) 
For our project 2, we were assigned to choose a Zach King's magic trick. We need to understand and familiar how to do it. Also, we need to create a our own story which included the magic trick we chosen and make a plot segmentation. Below is the plot segmentation for this project.



Under Mr Martin's feedback, he said that the story is too flat. He suggested to make act 1 and act 2 more dramatic. So I changed some plots to make the story different.

Week 5(11/05/2020)
After plot segmentation, we were assigned to create a storyboard and sketch/take photo and put in the template provided for every screen. We need to create this storyboard by breaking down our stories into shots according to different shot size. Below is the storyboard and the sketches.

Week 6(22/05/2020)
After a discussion with Mr Martin, he suggested me some changes to make the whole story more logical. He also said it is better to take photo for the storyboard. Below is the storyboard .

I proceed to start the shooting the whole story after finished the storyboard. Below is the first draft.

Under Mr Martin's suggestion, I delete 1 scene that is not necessary and do the color correction. I can't manage to bring down the highlights of some of the scenes because Mr Martin said it is over 

expose. Below is the second draft.

Mr Martin thinks there is no problem for the visual, Mr Razif suggest me to add some sound effect. If the sound effect is appropriate, background music is not necessary. Below is the final outcome of project 2.
